SMT (Surface Mount Technology)

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is a method for producing electronic circuits in which the component are mounted or placed directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCB).

An electronic device so made is called a surface mount device (SMD). In the industry it has largely replaced the through hole technology construction method of fifting components with wire leads into holes in circuit board.

PBA (Printed Board Assembly)

PBA (Printed Board Assembly)

The assembly of printed circuit boards is a multiple step process that includes surface mount technology (SMT) and through hole technology. In through hole assembly processes, the component leads are placed onto the board and the leads are soldered via a wave soldering process.

F/A (Final product Assembly)

A final assembly is the last stage in the manufacturing process, the point where the components of a product are put together and it is prepared for delivery. Whether products are being made to order for custom applications or rolled off an assembly line in high volume, they are finished and contain all of their parts after final assembly.

QC (Quality Control)

QC (Quality Control)

Quality control is a process through which a business seeks to ensure that product quality is maintained or improved. Quality control requires the company to create an environment in which both management and employees strive for perfection. This is done by training personnel, creating benchmarks for product quality, and testing products to check for statistically significant variations.

Material Control & Warehouse

Material control is the process of systematically controlling materials over the stages of procurement, storage, and usage so as to help maintain the regular and uninterrupted flow of the materials in the production pipeline. No system of costing is complete without an effective material control system.
